The Financial Clarity Review

Find out why you cannot trust your numbers, in five business days.

A fixed-scope diagnostic. I go into your QuickBooks file and come back with a verdict: what is broken, what it is hiding, what it is costing you every month, and what to fix first. Not a cleanup. Not a retainer. A straight answer, with a price on it.

We talk first. Fifteen minutes on what is not adding up and whether this is the right tool. If it is, you get the payment link on the call, and the five days start when I have your books.

What you walk away with

Four things, none of them a bookkeeping invoice.

  • The real reason your numbers cannot be trusted, named and explained. Ten trust tests, same ten every time, each scored clean, cracked or broken.
  • A gap report: where you believe the business stands, next to where it actually stands. Your gross margin, your pricing, your cash, your most profitable customers, your answer beside the file's answer.
  • The dollars it is quietly costing you every month. Two lines, two numbers, no percentages.
  • A ranked, no-jargon list of what to fix first. Yours to keep whether or not we work together again.

How it works

Talk, pay, send access, get the verdict.

  1. We talk, fifteen minutes. What is not adding up, whether the Review fits, and exactly what I will need from you. No pitch. If it is not a fit I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
  2. You pay and answer. I send the payment link on the call. After payment, fourteen short questions about what you believe your numbers are. Up to three of your people answer three of them. Nobody sees anyone else's answers.
  3. You send access. We do the QuickBooks accountant invite together on the call if you like. The rest, statements, your operating system export, your agings, comes in one email with one list. The clock starts when the last piece lands.
  4. I dig in. Days one through four. Ten trust tests, then the two lines where the money is moving, then the workbook.
  5. You get the verdict, live. Day five, sixty minutes, I walk it with you. What is broken, what it costs, what to fix first, and what the rebuild would be if you want one.

This is for you if

  • You own a $1M to $25M service, hospitality, construction, distribution or multi-location business
  • Your books are in QuickBooks Online
  • You are making money and cannot see where it goes
  • You need CFO thinking without CFO payroll

This is not the right tool if

  • You run more than one legal entity in the same books
  • You are not on QuickBooks Online
  • There is litigation, a dispute, or a tax filing riding on the answer
  • You want the fixes done, not found. That is the rebuild, and it starts after this

If any of the second column applies, email me and I will quote it properly instead.

One rule I hold to on every Review: I do not fix anything during it. No journal entries, no reclasses, no cleanup. If I start correcting your file on day two, I have stopped diagnosing and started rebuilding, and you have not decided to buy that yet.

You get the findings, the cost, and the list. What you do with them is your call.

What happens after

Most owners take the list and hire me to work it. That is the rebuild: reconciling every account, restructuring the chart for real job costing, clearing the history that skews your reports, and building the KPIs and controls so it does not drift back. It is priced to your file, and the $2,500 comes off it if you start within thirty days.

Some owners take the list and work it themselves. That is fine. You paid for a diagnosis, not an obligation.
